Urban design study for the regeneration of a key city centre quarter which was formally industrial land. Canal, river, road and rail corridors introduce division and disparate zones.
The masterplan incorporates historic buildings within a new urban framework incorporating offices, light industry, shops, leisure, colleges with high density housing.
